Orders & Shipping
ORDERS & SHIPPING:
- Orders are binding upon acceptance and confirmation by P.T. Pelvic Health Supplies International Inc. By placing an order, customer accepts all terms and conditions of sale.
- Minimum order for free shipping is $200.00 pre-tax.
- For orders falling below these thresholds, a $20.00 flat rate shipping fee will be applicable.
- Shipping is within Canada only
- Shipping times vary from 3-7 business days with the exclusion of Pessaries and Pessary Fitting Kits. These shipping times vary from 1-4 weeks depending on stock in the warehouses.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
- Orders cancelled after shipment has occurred will be subject to the Return Goods Policy, refer to RETURN POLICY
- Custom and special orders cannot be cancelled if in process by, or in transit from, the manufacturer.
BACKORDERS:
- Certain products may be backordered. You will be notified at time of shipping if a product is backordered.
- If a product is backordered you will have the opportunity to replace this product with another or wait for this product to ship separately when it is back in stock.
- Backordered products will ship separately with no additional shipping cost.
- Shipping times for back ordered products can vary.
PRICES:
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Prices published at the time of order will be honored, excluding errors and omissions.
- Only an officer of P.T. Pelvic Health Supplies International Inc. may alter this agreement and pricing.
SHORTAGES, ERRORS & DAMAGES:
- Customer is responsible for: inspecting all shipments carefully, verifying the total numbers of cartons received, identifying any damaged goods, and documenting this on the bill of lading at the time of delivery.
- All claims for lost or damaged goods, shortages, concealed shortages, errors, and manufacturing defects must be made to P.T. Pelvic Health Supplies International Inc. Customer Service within 3 days of receiving goods.
- Merchandise will be replaced, or a credit issued, at the sole discretion of P.T. Pelvic Health Supplies International Inc..
- Merchandise damaged due to improper use, or customer abuse, will not be accepted for return.
